Remember, it is important that you do your healing visualizations daily ~ ideally more than once a day.  Your body is incredibly potent and has the power to heal you and speed up your recovery.

If you are new to visualizations there is only one thing you should know and that is just have FUN and go with it.  There is no right or wrong it’s just do and allow it to be. After a while of doing it you will begin to feel a shift and it will become more and more natural.
