A runner must be able to relax mid stride for ultimate endurance, a swimmer must be able to relax and allow the water to help her for more speed. A mountain biker must feel confident and relaxed in order to receive ultimate results. A golfer must be relaxed and cam through their swim in order to create the right shot. All sports are performed at a much higher level when the athlete is able to relax and be centered and focused. When you are relaxed and centered before training or competition it makes a significant difference in your performance. Also, relaxation is essential for optimal recovery when training and competing.
Why these specific mini mediations: These specific meditations are derived from ancient cultures that are known to be highly effective in body mind balance for ultimate athletic performance. Indigenous peoples have been doing them for thousands of years and have gained great results from them. However, it's super important to remember that you will receive much more in the way of results if you are consistent in doing them.
