A word about the mini-visualizations.  In this download I am giving you mini-guided visualizations that also include a lesson explanation in front of them.  The guided visualizations will be highly effective in getting you started.  There are very specific reasons why I have chosen the descriptive words you will hear and the types of things I have you focus on ~ simply because they are most effective to start off with.   My advise is to do them at least once a day for two weeks if possible.  I have found this to be hugely effective with the athletes that I coach.  In two weeks you will see a positive shift in your shots and your game.

You will find that after only a few times it will become very natural, fun and super easy which will then help you begin naturally doing it on the course.
